1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Transcendin. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, workshops, coaching services and related offerings. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms; if you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
Transcendin provides professional learning and development services including corporate and technical training, leadership development, coaching, instructor-led online training, classroom training, workshops and customised learning solutions. Services may be updated or discontinued.
3. Registration
Provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. Enrollment is confirmed only after acceptance and successful payment. We may refuse or cancel registrations with false information.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before the scheduled start of training unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed via PayPal and other approved methods. Prices may change for future enrollments.
5. Refund Policy
Requests must be emailed to info@transcendin.com. Requests made at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled training date qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations or post-start requests are not eligible. If Transcendin cancels, participants may request a refund or transfer.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must act professionally, respect trainers and peers, follow instructions, and comply with applicable laws. Recording, copying, sharing, selling, or redistributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services—text, graphics, logos, presentations, videos, manuals, templates, assessments and methodologies—is owned by Transcendin or licensors and protected by IP laws.
8. Course Delivery
Training may be delivered online, onsite or in classroom format. Instructors, schedules, venues or delivery methods may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes.
9. Certificates
Certificates may be issued after successful completion of attendance and any course requirements. Certificates confirm participation or completion only and do not guarantee employment or accreditation unless explicitly stated.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are educational. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, visa approvals, business success or any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant program.
11. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations of these Terms or unlawful or disruptive conduct.
